Types of Sleep
-Stage 3 and 4 of sleep is called is Delta. It is the deepest and most restful stage -All Delta sleep is done in the first 4 hours of sleep -Stage 5 is REM sleep. REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement and the brain is very active -REM sleep is very important for brain health and skipping sleep results in less REM sleep |
