Dealing With Emotions
1 -Suppression or denial of emotions will come back in other aspects of your life.
2 -Emotions should not be labeled as “good or bad” because people tend to avoid bad things. 3 -It is best if every emotion is felt. Every person has a variety of resources to help them deal with difficult emotions - Journals, talk to trusted people, counselors, and support groups. |
