"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise"- Benjamin Franklin. Going to bed early and waking up early is beneficial to your overall health, and as a result will contribute to your overall success in life.
This is what my view of health is. I do my best to stay healthy through staying physically fit and eating a good diet. This helps to prevent health issues. But health is also about a balance; i follow the slogan of "all in moderation"; you cannot completely avoid eating things that you enjoy simply because they are unhealthy
